The final development in the relaunch of SaaP is the redesign of the match display to fill the full width of the screen. This effectivly increases the area of pitch almost four fold which removes
many of the limitations imposed by the smaller display used so far. Not only does the new display allow much greater freedom in the way of animations etc but it also opens the way for many improvements
in tactical options through management control of player positioning and movement.
What is particularly pleasing about tthe display is that I've been able to retain all in-match operations and information on the one screen - there is still no need to leave the match display
for another screen to make substitutions or tactical changes and the full range of team and player information is still available at the click of a mouse button while still watching the match proceed
(you can pause the game if you wish)
I've shown two screens on the left - the first a typical shot from the game between Spurs and Man Utd (also showing the game controls) and the second illustrating one of the animations as Giggs crosses from the
left, Berbatov heads for goal and Gomes makes a superb serve (bottom). Just click on the thumb to see the full screen.
